Cancellation

Sorry, I do not accept cancellation on order.  No exception

Return and Exchange

All jewelry piece is handmade with the upmost care and attention, but please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work.

*No returns.  I do not accept returns but will accept exchange on item within 3 days of receiving the item.  Please send me a message before sending item back.  Item must be unworn/unused and in original condition and package.  It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the exchange shipping cost.  I will not accept return or exchange on earrings.  NO EXCEPTION.

IMPORTANT:   There will be no exchange or return on custom pieces. I also will not accept return or exchange on earrings.  All SALES ARE FINAL.  NO EXCEPTION.

Payment

Payment may be made securely using your credit, debit card or via paypal.

Shipping  

Currently order is being ship only within the United States.

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout.  I will not be responsible for shipping address incorrectly entered by the buyer.

Lost/stolen Packages

I will also not be responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. 

Order will ship 2-3 days after payment is cleared.  Standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail or First Class, at a 2-5 days delivery speed within the US. 

If you need express shipping service, please contact me for extra shipping charge.

Tracking

Tracking number will be sent through the website to the email address provided on order.

Buyer is responsible for tracking items through USPS website or the corresponding shipping's website.

Buyer is responsible for calling the appropriate shipping company to inquire about package.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
